How do I choose the right size?

Go by waist measurement: S–M fits 75–100cm, M–L fits 90–120cm, and L–XL fits 100–150cm.

How absorbent are they?

Estimated absorbency runs from 1,800–1,950ml (S–M) up to 2,250–2,400ml (L–XL) — suitable for moderate to heavy needs, day or night.

Are they discreet and comfortable?
