At Mobility Plus NZ, we make it easy to get the equipment you need — safely, quickly, and with no hidden costs. We’re a family-run, online-only store based in Tauranga, and we dispatch orders daily across Aotearoa.
Cost of delivery
We believe in full transparency. Freight costs are clearly shown on each product page based on your location and order size. You’ll also see your total shipping cost at checkout — so there are no surprises.
Delivery timeframes
We dispatch orders every working day, and most parcels arrive within just a few days. Please note that courier timeframes are estimates and can vary depending on courier demand, weather, or regional delays.

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been picked up by the courier.
Rural delivery
Some rural addresses can take longer to reach due to limited courier runs in certain areas. Please allow up to 3 extra working days on top of the usual timeframe for rural delivery.
If you’re unsure whether your address is rural, Aramex will usually flag this at checkout — or you can enter your address into their tracking system to confirm.
To speed up delivery, we recommend providing a non-rural address if available (such as a workplace or nearby friend/family). You’ll still receive full tracking updates wherever your parcel is headed.
Click and collect
We don’t offer click and collect, as we’re a 100% online business and don’t have a physical storefront. But our website is easy to use, and we’re just an email away if you need help placing or tracking your order.
Courier partner
We use Aramex Couriers, who specialise in fast and safe delivery throughout New Zealand. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information by email so you can follow its progress.

Drop shipping for faster delivery
To speed up delivery, some products may be dispatched directly from our trusted NZ-based suppliers. This is called drop shipping, and it allows your order to reach you faster — especially for larger or specialty items.
You’ll still receive the same great support and warranty from Mobility Plus NZ, even when an item is sent directly from one of our supply partners.
Stock availability
We do our best to keep everything in stock and ready to ship. If a product is temporarily unavailable, we’ll let you know promptly and offer either a backorder option or a full refund — whichever works best for you.
Parcel not arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch. We’ll follow it up for you and make sure everything gets sorted.

Damaged parcel?
If your parcel arrives damaged, don’t worry — we’ll help sort it out. Just take a few clear photos of the item and packaging and email them to us. We’ll work with Aramex to make things right.
