Helping someone doesn't always end in a sale. Sometimes the most useful thing I can do is say "we don't have the right thing for you" and help point them somewhere that does.

"What's the lightest walker you've got?" is one of the questions I hear most. It's a great question, but the number on the scales is only part of the answer. Here's what I've learnt about finding the walker that actually feels easiest to live with.
