The Theorem Mercer is a compact quad-motor power lift recliner in hard-wearing Badlands fabric — a grained leather look that wears well and wipes clean. Dual-motor lift and recline plus independent headrest and lumbar adjustment, and an extending footrest for full lower-leg support.

The smallest footprint in the Theorem range, so it suits tighter living rooms. Available in Petite and Standard, in Saddle and Eclipse.

Is the Mercer a dual motor or a quad motor chair?
Quad. It has four motors in total — back, leg, headrest and lumbar. Some retailers describe it as dual motor because they only count the lift and recline motors.

What sizes are available?
Petite (136kg, 45.7cm seat width) and Standard (158.7kg, 50.8cm seat width).

What colours are available?
Saddle (brown) and Eclipse (charcoal / black).

Will it fit a smaller room?
The Mercer has the smallest footprint in the Theorem range — 81.2cm wide in Petite and 86.4cm in Standard. Still allow clearance behind for the backrest to recline.

What is the extended footrest for?
It extends further than a standard legrest to support the full lower leg and feet — useful for taller users or anyone elevating their legs for long periods.

How is the chair controlled?
A USB hand wand attached to the side of the chair.
