FAQs - Your Questions Answered

Which length do I need?
The longer the ramp, the gentler (and safer) the slope. Measure the height of the step or kerb and call us on 022 022 9956 — we'll help you choose.

How much weight will it hold?
300kg on every length — enough for a user in a power chair or on a scooter.

How heavy is it to carry?
600mm: 3kg · 900mm: 4.1kg · 1200mm: 7.3kg · 2000mm: 9.8kg.

Can I use it outdoors?
Yes — it's suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Store it in its bag when not in use.

Will it work with a mobility scooter?
Yes — it's designed for wheelchairs and scooters and rated to 300kg.

Why carbon fibre?
Carbon fibre is strong but much lighter than steel, so the ramp is easy to lift and carry.

Who supplies it?
Cubro NZ.

Is the spring special ongoing?
No. The 5% saving runs until 31 October 2026 or while stocks last.
