Spending most of the day in a wheelchair? The Stealth Solution SPP combines a positioning base with a gel insert under the seat bones and a memory foam top layer.

It is a common step up from a general-use cushion when an OT or nurse recommends more pressure care or better pelvic positioning.

WHICH SIZE?
Measure the wheelchair seat, not the cushion you already have. Width is between the inside faces of the armrests or side guards; depth is from the backrest to the front edge of the seat sling.
Choose the cushion that matches those measurements. Cushion sizes are width x depth, so 18" x 16" is 18" wide and 16" deep.

What is the difference between the Solution and the Spectrum Gel?

Both are Stealth skin protection and positioning cushions with gel in the pelvic well. The Solution uses an aqueous gel insert and a memory foam top layer. The Spectrum Gel uses a lightweight fluid insert with an extra-soft SunMate foam top layer.

Is the cover waterproof?

The CoolCore cover manages moisture, and there is a urethane liner underneath it for incontinence.

Do I need an OT assessment?
