FAQs - Your Questions Answered

Who are they for?
Children who are nearly dry at night and ready for the step between disposable pull-ups and ordinary undies.

How much do they hold?
Around 180 ml over four hours. Slip a booster pad into the inside pocket if you'd like extra absorbency.

How do they compare with a disposable?
They're slimmer and hold less than a disposable pull-up, so they suit the later stage of night training. A Brolly Sheet on the bed makes a good back-up.

How do I choose a size?
Measure your child's hips. The 2–3 yr size suits hips of 53–54 cm.

How do I wash them?
Wash before first use, then gentle cold or warm wash with like colours. Line dry or tumble dry low. No iron, bleach or fabric softener.

Can I exchange them?
For hygiene reasons, exchanges are available only on unused items with swing tags attached, in their original packaging, so please check the size before ordering. Faulty goods are covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
