How do I choose the right seat firmness?
Soft suits pressure-care needs or long, comfortable sitting. Medium suits most people and is the most popular choice. Firm gives maximum support for sit-to-stand and is recommended where extra help rising is needed. If you're unsure, get in touch and we can help.

Can the seat firmness be changed later?
Yes — the VMotion inseats can be purchased separately and swapped if needs change over time.

What happens if the power goes out?
The built-in battery backup lets the chair be operated during a power outage, so no one is left stuck in a reclined position.
