FAQs - Your Questions Answered

Which size should I choose?
Adult gives full coverage down to the lap (70 cm from the chin). Small Adult is shorter (39 cm from the chin) for a neater look.

Snaps or Velcro?
Snaps have several positions so the neck can be adjusted and stay secure. Velcro is quicker to fasten and undo.

Is it waterproof?
Yes. The towelling front absorbs and the back is a waterproof layer, so spills don't reach clothing.

How do I wash it?
Wash before first use. Cold or warm gentle wash, tumble dry on low — too much heat can damage the waterproof backing.

Can I return it?
For hygiene reasons this item can't be returned for change of mind once opened or used, so please check the size before ordering. Faulty goods are covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
