The Caro is Cubro's home-style electric care bed, made in New Zealand. Four powered positions including reverse Trendelenburg, an electric height range from 200mm to 735mm, and hidden wheels so it reads as bedroom furniture rather than hospital equipment.
It lowers to 20cm for falls prevention and raises to 73.5cm so carers are not bending over it. Supplied in Super Single, with a 200kg safe working load including the mattress.
Choose it without a mattress if you already have one up to 200mm deep, with the Mediflex pressure-relieving mattress and its two-way stretch waterproof cover, or with the Alera Maxxline 250 bariatric mattress rated to 250kg. Optional foldable steel side rails are available as a left and right pair.
