Delivery

Delivery and installation are quoted per order — the cost depends on your address and access. We'll confirm it with you before your chair is dispatched.
Two-person home delivery, installation, assembly and packaging removal available NZ-wide.
North Island: 7–10 working days. South Island: 7–10 working days. Rural: allow an extra 2–3 working days.

How is the C-101 different from the C1?
Size. The C-101 is the standard model — 51cm seat, 47cm seat height, rated to 147kg, for users roughly 163–183cm tall. The C1 is the petite version for users up to 163cm and 113kg.

What does 3-position mean?
One motor moves the back and legrest together through four settings — lifted, reading, relaxing and napping. It doesn't lie fully flat, and the legs can't be raised independently. For that you need a dual motor chair like the LC-107.

What happens in a power cut?
Lithium battery backup is fitted as standard. If the power goes out while you're reclined, the chair will return you to a seated position.

What colours can I get?
Cocoa, Fern and Sandal, in micro-suede fabric. Tell us your preference when you order.

Is there a leather version?
Yes — Pride makes the LC-101 in Euro leather. Ask us if you'd prefer leather and we'll quote it.

Does it have heat and massage?
No. Heat and massage are not available on the C-101.

How big is the chair overall?
Pride publishes seat and back measurements but not overall footprint. If doorway width or wall clearance is a concern, contact us and we'll measure a unit before you commit.

What does delivery cost?
Delivery and installation are quoted per order — the price depends on your address and access. We confirm the cost with you before dispatch.

How long does delivery take?
Around 7–10 working days to most North and South Island addresses. Allow an extra 2–3 working days for rural delivery.
