Thanks for your feedback. The Super Strong Long Metal Shoe Horn is made to flex slightly under pressure, not act as a solid lever. This flexibility prevents damage to both the shoe and the user’s heel.

We’ve sold thousands of these nationwide, and they perform very well when used correctly — the key is to guide your foot in, not force it. If it’s bent, it’s likely been used with too much leverage rather than as a sliding aid.

OK but not as 'super strong' as I'd hoped

Paid decent money for this based on the 'super strong' description but its not really much better than a $10 trademe one - still pretty bendy

Very disappointed with the product.
It looks nothing like the promotion picture.
All I got was a flimsy bit of bent tin!
I expected smooth, strong, aluminium, shaped like the one in the promotion picture.
