Rising out of a low car seat is hard for people with limited leg strength or balance. This exit aid gives them a solid handle exactly where it's needed — the shaft inserts into the door striker pin and the foam-covered handle sits in the door opening, providing support to push up from or steady against when getting in or out.

We are the first groove. Goes sideways very easily. Not 100% secure on this 1st groove. Needs to be deeper

It’s very rare to find a car where the door-latch groove isn’t deep enough for the bar to sit securely, so your feedback is helpful. If you’re willing, could you let us know the make and model of your vehicle, and send a photo of the door-latch area?
