Returns & Refunds

We will require notification within 5 working days of delivery for any returns to be considered. Due to health and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of certain products.

What cannot be returned? 

Due to health, hygiene and cross contamination we are unable to accept returns of any of the following products:

  • Incontinence products (disposable, underwear, bedding).
  • Toileting products (any).
  • Bathroom and personal cleaning products (any).
  • Cushions (any).

Condition of Product

All returned products must be in perfect, unused, brand-new condition, and in their original undamaged packaging. Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase and an order number.

Refunds

Upon receiving your return, Mobility Plus will verify the above terms before any refund is given. Failure to meet the above terms will result in no refund. We do not refund any freight costs; this includes both sending and returning freight costs.

Refunds normally take up to 10 working days to be processed once the above terms have been met.

Process for Returns

  1. Email us at: info@mobilityplus.co.nz with your order number and reason for return, plus photos. We will require photos of the product before return, to ascertain the product is in new, unused condition.
  2. Once we are happy with the product photos we will send you an address for your return. You are responsible for paying your own return shipping cost.
  3. Upon return Mobility Plus will verify the above terms before any refund is given.
  4. Refunds normally take upto 10 working days to be processed once the above terms have been met. All refunds will be less any freight costs incurred.
