Mobility Plus does not have a physical store. We are an online-only business based in Tauranga, New Zealand. Since transitioning to full-time e-commerce in 2022, we’ve been proudly serving customers nationwide. By not operating a storefront, we keep our prices lower and pass those savings on to you—delivering trusted, high-quality mobility equipment directly to your door.

We deliver nationwide across New Zealand, with your order brought directly to your door. All deliveries are tracked, and you’ll receive email notifications so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Product delivery costs are based on the size of the item and your location within New Zealand. We work hard to keep shipping as economical as possible — even for rural addresses and larger items.
