Very happy with the purchase but disappointed the pieces needed to secure the wheels did not arrive with the initial delivery.The person i first contacted about the missing parts was i thought quite rude telling me to put in writing what i wanted when i was the customer not the supplier who should have known what was needed.

Unfortunately, the missing wing nuts were due to a manufacturing issue beyond our control. As soon as you contacted us, we tried to resolve the issue promptly via email, including sending photos of the parts we believed were missing. It appears there was some difficulty with email communication, but once we clarified the situation, we dispatched the correct parts.

We are pleased that this matter was resolved within a few days and regret any inconvenience caused during the process. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
