Can I ride my MobilityPlus scooter outside?
Yes our MobilityPlus scooters are designed for both indoor and outdoor use including non markable grey tryes come as standard.
Can I ride my MobilityPlus scooter in the rain?
Yes with some conditions, it is not recommended to take out your scooter on very wet days or through long wet grass. Care should also be taken to drive around or slowly through large puddles.
Can I ride my MobilityPlus scooter on the road?
Only to cross the road, the scooter is a “pedestrian mobility device” and is intended for use on footpaths whenever possible.
Can I park my MobilityPlus scooter inside the home?
Yes, MobilityPlus scooters are equipped with sealed lead acid batteries designed for indoor use and being electric there is no risk of dripping oil.
How far can I go on one full charge of batteries?
Generally you can count on 20-25Kms to be safe, but depends on conditions like terrain, weather conditions, rider’s weight and age of the batteries. Your manual will say more, or feel free to contact us on 0508 686 686 for more information.
How long do the batteries last for on my MobilityPlus scooter?
This is depends on how often they are charged and how you use your scooter but generally they should last one to three years if they are used properly.
Do I need a license to ride my MobilityPlus scooter?
No license is required to use your scooter and as an aid we provide you with a helpful keeping mobile booklet on how to use your MobilityPlus scooter safely.
How do I learn to ride my new MobilityPlus scooter?

What happens if I have a problem on the side of the road?
No problem, call AA Roadside Service (which is included for 12 months with your purchase, but you may also consider upgrading for 3 years) who will get you home. Then phone us to arrange to have your scooter looked at.
Do you have finance deals available?

What sort of warranties do you offer?
