If anything needs repairing on your MobilityPlus scooter, we’ll take care of it for you.

AA Roadside Cover:

Mobility Care – Get Home Safely Programme.

Yes the AA provides cover for Electric Scooters. For your convenience, MobilityPlus has included a 12 month Roadside Cover with the AA – a trusted and reliable Kiwi icon for over 100 years.

If your MobilityPlus scooter becomes immobile due to a flat battery, flat tyre or lost keys, the AA will deliver you to your home address and provide vehicle recovery to the same location.

The Mobility Care programme will be managed through AA’s national assistance centre network, delivering a more efficient and effective service. You will be assisted by highly skilled and trained personnel who care and understand.

You will be able to call the AA Mobility Care programme via a free national 0800 number (0800 734 543) which offers you access to the services specified for any nominated mobility scooter, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
